Returns and Refunds
At Talloes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your crisps! If you’re not, we’re here to help.
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return:
Simply contact us at hello@talloes.co.uk to initiate the return process. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there are any defects, damages, or if you’ve received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll review the issue and make sure everything gets sorted out quickly.
